SHIPPING & RETURNS

​​SHIPPING & RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY​

Thanks for shopping with 3bar-K LeatherWorks. We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but understand if upon arrival, it does not meet your needs. 

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of item(s) within 5 days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (in person). The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund, if approved.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). For debit or credit card purchases, you will receive the credit depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.**

 

Please know all of our products are hand made from start to finish and part of that process ensures every item to be unique and irreplicable and "perfection" is relative to each bag, leather, stitch, style, etc. We strive to embrace imperfection in life and in our bags. That's part of the beauty of "hand-made" and part of the beauty of leather. The more you use it, the more it wears in and all that wear, is character. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, please contact us.

**Customer service and satisfaction are important to us. We will strive to meet your requests and resolve issues as best as possible. If you have an issue regarding something structural with your bag, such as stitches, strap length or hardware, we will gladly address it.
